Deepak Miglani, the Indian Ambassador to South Sudan, graced the ceremony, congratulating the graduates, the DMI Sisters, and the Str\u00f8mme Foundation for their commitment to skills development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambassador Miglani pledged India&#8217;s continued support for capacity-building initiatives in South Sudan and encouraged shared responsibility among communities and stakeholders in fostering self-reliant communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking on behalf of the Juba County Commissioner, Assistant Executive Director Gasim Erasto Ibrahim Lado congratulated the graduates and lauded the DMI Sisters and Str\u00f8mme Foundation for their investment in vocational education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gasim emphasized that vocational training provides citizens with practical skills to improve their livelihoods and contribute to their communities, stating, &#8220;Specializing in such vocational training helps build the capacity of citizens to prosper.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also reaffirmed the Juba County Authority&#8217;s commitment to collaborating with stakeholders supporting youth empowerment and skills development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rev. John C.
