"We Dare where others fear"

The Antalya Diplomacy Forum, held over three days in Antalya, Türkiye, concluded with a promising sideline meeting between, Dr. James Pitia Morgan, South Sudan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye.
The two Ministers discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations, focusing on trade, tourism, and educational opportunities.
“We discussed the bilateral relations between our two friendly nations and means of boosting our relationship to a higher level through enhancing trade, tourism, and providing scholarships to South Sudanese young people to study in various Türkiye universities,” said Morgan.
The three-day diplomatic engagement at the forum witnessed interactions between institutions from around the globe.
The meeting also touched on training and capacity building for diplomats and technical fields such as Information, Communication Technology (ICT).
Türkiye has announced plans to invite the South Sudanese leadership to Ankara for a state visit in the coming days.
The meeting was also attended by Ambassador Majok Guandong, the Head of the South Sudan Mission to Turkey.The three-day diplomatic engagement at the forum witnessed interactions between institutions from around the globe.
