Ethiopian PM Abiy discusses regional security with South Sudan security chief

Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed on Monday discussed with the Director-General of the Internal Security Bureau at the National Security Service (NSS) Gen. Akol Koor Kuc on regional and bilateral ties.

The meeting was held in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.

“This morning I received General Akol Koor Kuc from the Republic of South Sudan,” Abiy wrote on X.

The discussions, according to the social media post centered around, “shared goals for fostering stability and development in the Horn region.”
