Juba County youth mourn fallen traditional chief

Juba County Youth Union has declared mourning for Simon Soro Kenyi, the former paramount chief of Juba County who passed on June 24, 2024.

“The former paramount chief of Juba County chief Simon Soro Kenyi, will always be remembered for his leadership, wisdom and dedication to the community,” said a statement issued by the youth union on Tuesday in Juba.  

It said Kenyi contributed immensely to the well-being of his people, adding that he leaves a lasting impact on all people who were close to him and those he met.
