Dream Bridge Consultants Limited on Wednesday launched a client management system that will manage workloads online for small and medium sized organization.
“The goal is to have no more paperwork, you will not be able to have a hundred different files and a hundred different paperwork around. You just have one central system that manages your workloads from the beginning to the end,” said Awek Bul Akech, Managing Director of Dream Bridge Consultants during the launching ceremony held at the headquarters of the National Communication Authority in Juba.
Akech said the system has a lot of features including instant messaging, adding that the system is easy to manage and is in line with what the country needs to transition towards a digitalized society.
She said the consultancy firm will serve the general public in terms of transportation, finance, payroll system, field survey, project management and international trade.
“The current system is generalized, but as a consultancy firm we customize the system to fit the needs of the individual, we will give you your own server and you will be able to manage your own workplace by yourself,” said Akech.
She disclosed that the firm has a 24-hour technology support team to ensure data protection.
“There is a good tech team behind it that monitors the safety of the data, so you don’t worry about the safety of your information, it is fully protected and we have a team that constantly monitors your data,” said Akech.
Dream Bridge Consultancy Limited is located on Ministry Road in Juba town next to the traffic police. It is owned by Awek Bul Akech, a 35- year- old South Sudanese who has worked for 10 years with the National Bank of Australia.
