"We Dare where others fear"

The Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali, on Monday called for an inclusive regional approach to resolve the ongoing political crisis in South Sudan.
Dr. Ahmed during his meeting with South Sudan’s Vice President for Economic Cluster. Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel in Addis Ababa, stressed the need for an inclusive political approach to achieve a sustainable solution in South Sudan.
“I had a productive discussion with the Vice President, during which I emphasized the importance of an inclusive regional approach to address the current security and political challenges facing South Sudan,” said Ahmed in a statement on his Facebook page.
Bol Mel who delivered a message from President Salva Kiir Mayardit to his Ethiopian counterpart, was accompanied by the Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Marial Dongrin Ater, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Amb. Monday Semaya K. Kumba.
Ahmed further reaffirmed that Ethiopia will remain committed and will continue to extend its steadfast support to the brotherly people of South Sudan.
