"We Dare where others fear"

The Vice President and Chair of the Infrastructure Cluster, H.E. Taban Deng Gai, commended Governor Gen. Rin Tueny Mabor for his efforts in enhancing the security situation in Lakes State.
During a visit to Rumbek, the capital of Lakes State yesterday , en route to Unity State, VP Taban praised Governor Rin Tueny Mabor for successfully maintaining security and stability in the region.
He noted that upon reaching Tombek, they observed a prevailing sense of peace and harmony among the thriving population, who were engaged in their daily activities.
Governor Rin Tueny Mabor, along with the entire Lakes State Cabinet, welcomed the Vice President and his delegation, providing an update on the state’s security situation. The Vice President is en route to Unity State, having been assigned by the President of the Republic of South Sudan to participate in the centenary celebration of a Catholic church.
Vice President Taban was accompanied by the National Minister of Roads and Bridges, Hon. Simon Mijok Mijak, to evaluate the road conditions that may become impassable during the rainy season. H.E. Taban Deng and his delegation plan to leave for Warrap State later today.
