"We Dare where others fear"

The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Gen. Rabi Mujung Emmanuel, on Tuesday reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to providing effective and efficient service delivery throughout the state.
“Our state remains steadfast in advancing policies that foster peace, unity, and security. Service delivery remains a cornerstone of my administration,” Mujung stated in his message commemorating the 14th independence anniversary.
Gen. Mujung also renewed his administration’s commitment to peace, unity, justice, and national dignity.
“I salute all leaders and citizens who continue to patriotically devote their efforts to peace-building and nation-building.”
He said Independence Day is a historic event that reminds the people of South Sudan of the causes and sacrifices of the heroes and heroines who laid the foundation for a free, sovereign country.
“We are prioritising infrastructure development, healthcare, and education while enhancing disaster response mechanisms as essential rights of every citizen,” he said.
He urged the citizens to resolve to work together across all political, ethnic, and social lines for the greater good.
“Amid these efforts, accountability, transparency, and the pursuit of practical, sustainable solutions in the public interest remain paramount.”
