Liquid Intelligent Technologies has partnered with Orange Corners South Sudan to facilitate capacity-building training, mentorship sessions, and support for young entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses.
Michael Mukasa, the Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Intelligent Technologies in South Sudan, stated that the technology company has committed to assisting Orange Corners South Sudan with communication, printing, and the provision of internet services.
“Currently in South Sudan, we have decided to partner with the Orange Corners Program. We are making a donation of personal computers and will also provide connectivity for a period of one year at our company’s expense,” said Mukasa on Thursday at the premises of Orange Corners South Sudan.
“We are providing four computers along with a printer to facilitate some of the Orange Corners users who come here to work on communication, printing their documents, and scanning. In terms of internet access, we will be providing them with 10 megabytes per second of dedicated internet delivered at our cost,” he added.
Mohammed Sharin, the Managing Director of BizEx Limited, who also serves as the programme lead for Orange Corners in South Sudan, mentioned that BizEx has partnered with Orange Corners in South Sudan.
“We are focusing on the capacity development of young entrepreneurs in South Sudan, which is a very beneficial and promising programme for this nation. We thank Liquid Telecom for joining and supporting Orange Corners,” said Sharin.
“It is also advantageous that they could provide additional computers and printers, which will help these entrepreneurs manage their businesses more easily. They can come and use these facilities for their business development,” he said.
