The Senior Presidential Envoy on Special Programs, Hon. Adut Salva Kiir, has announced plans to visit Western Equatoria State soon, where she will engage directly with local communities.
In a statement posted on her official Facebook page following a meeting with the Governor of Western Equatoria State, Hon. James Eltaib, Hon. Adut Kiir assured the Governor of her commitment to collaborating closely with state leadership.
She confirmed her upcoming visit to Western Equatoria State to connect with the communities.
On Monday, Governor James Eltaib paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Adut Salva Kiir in Juba.
During their meeting, the Governor expressed his gratitude to H.E. President Salva Kiir Mayardit for entrusting Hon. Adut with this significant national role.
They discussed various issues of mutual interest, particularly those affecting the people of Western Equatoria State.
The Governor wished Hon. Adut Kiir success in her new responsibilities, highlighting the importance of collaboration for peace, stability, and development across South Sudan’s states.
