{THEME: THE SPIRIT OF FAITH (PART 1}

Calvary greetings in the name of our lord and savior Jesus Christ. Grace and peace be multiplied to you in Jesus name. Amen!
Happy new month to you. I pray that in this month of October 2026, may the lord remember you and favour you in Jesus Name. Pherhaps you are celebrating your birthday this month. I celebrate with you. Happy birthday to you and God bless you in Jesus Name.
Last month by God’s special grace, we were dealing with a topic titled “THOU SHALL NOT KILL” and I shared from part (1) to part (3)and I shared with you that man (human being) was created in God’s image and likeness according to Genesis 1:26-27. I also highlighted that God can never take it lightly when you kill or destroy his image. I hope you were blessed.
This special month of October by divine leading, we are starting a conversation titled “THE SPIRIT OF FAITH” and i’m begging you to follow all the episodes because your life and destiny will never remain the same again in Jesus Name.
What is the spirit of faith? The spirit of faith is an inward deposition and conviction that believe God’s word strongly than circumstances. Though it does not deny circumstances but it refuses to be controlled by circumstances. Spirit of faith stands on God’s promises no matter what the situation says.
From our anchored scripture for today, the bible says that we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, i believe and therefore i speak and we believe therefore we speak. One thing that is evident when it come to the spirit of faith is believing and speaking. The spirit of faith declare God’s promises (God’s word) immediately after believing. If you see a person who cannot declare anything, it is because the spirit of faith has not entered into him.
When that spirit enters into a person, the person cannot declare his situation again because he will be speaking God’s word which has a final authority over every situation.
My mentor Dr Paul Enenche, Senior Pastor, Dunamis International Gospel Center, Abuja, Nigeria once said that the spirit of faith produce boldness and audacity in the life of a believer. You can never be bold enough to declare God’s word until the spirit of faith comes upon you.
Pastor but things are hard, you need the spirit of faith. Pastor but things are not working, you need the spirit of faith. Pastor but i have failed, you need the spirit of faith. The spirit of faith believes God for the impossible. It stands on God’s promises no matter the situation.
According to Romans 4:18-21 Abraham against hope believed in hope. He trusted in God’s word and didn’t staggered at God’s promises because of the deadness of Sarah’s womb nor did he considered his own body. But he was strong in faith giving glory to God. Abraham did all these and he was named the father of faith and that those who believe will be called the children of Abraham.
Very many years ago, I was organizing my wedding and the devil came heavily. Things were not working out as expected. It was from one challenge to another. But my wife to be then and I kept believing God that he will bring his word to pass. We kept praying and believing until God brought his promises to pass concerning us. By God’s grace, we have enjoyed the peace of God for the last seven (7) years and still counting. God can be trusted. God is faithful. Don’t give up on God. Keep trusting him and he will bring his word to pass in your life.
I pray for you today that every spirit of doubt will give way in your life in Jesus Name. You will receive fresh baptism of the spirit of faith in Jesus Name.
PRAYER: Father, please baptize me afresh with the spirit of faith in Jesus name.
DECLARATION: Father, today i receive everything that belongs to me by faith in Jesus name.
ALTAR CALL: If you want to surrender your life to Jesus, kindly repeat these prayer after me.
Dear, lord Jesus, I acknowledge that i am a sinner. Come into my life and make me a new person. Remove my name from the book of death and write my name in the book of life. Today I received you as my lord and saviour. Amen!
